About Birtinya

Birtinya is a suburb of the greater Kawana area, between Mooloolaba and Caloundra. It is located at the southern end of the Kawana Way, a relatively new road from the Sunshine Motorway to Kawana. While the suburb is not located on the beach it is very close to Bokarina and Wurtulla beaches.

Birtinya's postcode is 4575 which it shares with Bokarina, Buddina, Kawana, Minyama, Parrearra, Warana and Wurtulla. 

Schools

The closest state primary and secondary school is Kawana Waters State College, which provides for years Preschool-12.

SHOPS

Kawana Shopping World is close to Birtinya, and many large stores are located along the nearby Nicklin Way.
